The Admin Supervisor will also work closely with the HR/IR/Admin Manager to build a positive workplace culture and assist in the delivery of initiatives to support wellbeing of the onsite team.This position is FIFO on a 2:1 roster & attracts a generous site uplift. Jobs Task and Responsibilities:Coordination of project-wide Site Administration activities including onboarding and mobilisation of all workers, rostering, accommodation, travel and office managementOversee the project onboarding and mobilisation procedures to ensure strict adherence by all relevant partiesSupport and lead the administration team through daily tasks and responsibilitiesDelegate tasks to meet project needs and provide swift assistance in resolving issues as they ariseProvide mentoring and guidance to Site Admin team, encouraging proactiveness, ownership and a positive service culture within the teamAudit and evaluate current practices and workflows to ensure compliance and best practiceEstablish strong working relationships with the Martinus CRN team, client colleagues and subcontractor partnersWork closely with the HR Manager on initiatives to build and maintain positive workplace cultureProvide coverage for site administrators during periods of R&R or absences as requiredGeneral administrative duties Knowledge, skills and attributes:  Extensive experience within the administration functionPrevious experience on a remote FIFO projectExcellent leadership skills with previous experience supervising teamsStrong knowledge of project rostering and accommodation managementAbility to work well under pressure while maintaining composureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn various online systems Formal qualifications in Business Studies or Frontline Management desirable AUD Mackay 4740
