This position will be based in our Head Office in Kirrawee, Sydney. Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end processing of payrollMaster file maintenance of payroll systemUpdating and maintaining payroll recordsRunning payment runsInterpreting AwardsWorking with Payroll TAX and PAYGAccurate and timely processing of selected payrolls (weekly/monthly) in accordance with payroll deadlines and company policiesCalculation and processing of termination and redundancy paymentsProcessing increases and calculation of back paysLiaising with staff and management on payroll related queries and requestsPayroll Reconciliations and month end reportingTime and attendance payroll Qualifications and RequirementsMinimum 4 years’ experience working in PayrollAdvanced experience using MYOBConfident with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelHigh level organisation with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlinesAbility to work both autonomously and within a team settingHigh attention to detail with strong accuracyWell-developed communication skills, both written and verbal AUD Kirrawee 2232
