Our company is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to manage and oversee our payroll processes. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our payroll system.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and timely for all employeesMaintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changesVerify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepanciesCalculate employee benefits, taxes, bonuses, and other deductionsAddress employee queries regarding payroll mattersCollaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate financial recordsStay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and ensure complianceExperienceProven work experience as a Payroll Officer or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of payroll systems, including proficiency in using payroll softwareExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenCertification in Payroll (desired but not mandatory)   AUD North Sydney 2060
