Job Summary

Martinus is seeking a Civil or Track Site Engineer for our Albury to Parkes Project with Inland Rail.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan
  • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
  • Recording project issues and raising with the supervisor when escalation is necessary.
  • Resolving cross-functional issues at the project level
  • Managing project scope and change control and raising with the project supervisor when escalation is necessary.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance
  • Providing status reports to the project manager
  • Managing supplier content within the defined budget
  • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
  • Preparation of quality documentation and plans 
  • Maintaining project summary spreadsheets for financial review

Experience

  • 2+ years of working experience as a Civil/Track Site Engineer. 
  • Experience in rail or construction essential.
  • Proven ability to work with others in a collaborative and professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
