The Role We are seeking a Cost Administrator to join our dedicated team working on our Albury to Parkes Project (A2P) based in Wagga Wagga. As a crucial team member, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success and efficiency of this ground-breaking rail project Your Responsibilities Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of delivery dockets, plant dockets, and goods receipting of purchase orders.Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of supporting data and documentation for client payment claim substantiation.Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting.Assist project team with procurement and preparation / close-out of purchase orders.Other admin duties as required to support the finance and project teams.  Skills and Experience:Previous experience in in cost administration role in a construction environment is preferable.Proficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffectively multitask and prioritise workload.Ability to engage in effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.Consistently meet timelines and deliver on commitments.Display initiative and have a proactive approach to delivering the role.
