Job summaryMartinus are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our Plant team, based from Rocklea, Brisbane. You will lead a small team of electricians on the service and maintenance of our plant equipment. Tasks and ResponsibilitiesOversee and effectively plan preventative and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with QA/QC, environmental and safe work proceduresProvide strong and effective leadership to ensure personnel are appropriately trained and aware of their responsibilitiesEnsure that hazards are identified, risks assessed, and control measures planned and implemented, in consultation with relevant employeesEnsure all activities are performed in compliance with the requirements of the relevant specifications, codes and standardsDevelop and submit supervisory reports for progress monitoring and performance informationRequisition of minor materials and consumables as requiredUtilisation of planned resources in an efficient mannerProvide supervision, coaching and development recommendations to team members QualificationsProven experience as an Electrical SupervisorQLD Electrical Licenece and relevant trade qualificationSound knowledge of HS&E requirements and ability to lead a team safelyExcellent communication and engagement skillsStrong people management skills and the ability to mentor and lead electrical team members AUD Rocklea 4106
