You will have excellent attention to detail and be a strong communicator, comfortable with engaging all levels both internally and external to the business. Jobs Task and ResponsibilitiesProvide confidential and proactive administration support to the senior project leadership teamExtensive diary management and meeting coordinationPrepare agendas, coordinate the preparation of meeting materials and take meeting minutesAssist in the preparation of papers and presentations for internal and external meetings Liaise effectively and professionally with all stakeholders, clients and other related bodiesPrepare and manage written complex communications including correspondence, emails, letters, memos, senior management reports, spreadsheets and other documents as requiredCoordinate and manage demanding travel schedules and accommodationUndertake industry specific research tasksManage expense claims and credit card reconciliations Knowledge, skills and attributesExecutive administration experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in rail, infrastructure, mining or constructionAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly excelAbility to prioritise and work with shifting demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environmentHigh level of organisation, ability to prioritise and strong time management skillsDemonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsDemonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including proofreading capabilitiesAbility to work autonomously or as part of a collaborative team  AUD Brisbane
