We value the importance of balance between work and family life; and promote this philosophy throughout the company.Do you thrive on driving a solution focused environment?Are you committed to delivering outcomes that exceed expectations, every time?Do you make things happen, get the job done, no matter what? Job summary:Martinus are seeking a HSE Admin/Trainee to join our Western Australian business, this role is predominantly administrative with potential for growth and further training in HSE. Tasks and responsibilities:HSE AdministrationManage Mobilisation to projects, this may include flights and accommodation and travel movements for all personnelDaily data entry of site movements and HSEQ documentationMaintain electronic and hard copy filing systemsReconcile and report on monthly dataRun daily reports to monitor and maintain records and distribution of weekly reportsComplete and maintain records for the hire and running of heavy and light machinery on site, including breakdowns and servicingComplete requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services, including receipting and invoice reconciliationData entry of fuel usageOrganising site-specific inductions, PPE and medical requirementsScheduling training and induction and conducting compliance checksEnsure Client specifications are met for labour provided, completion of matrix’s to ensure all areas are metPlanning and co-ordinating mobilisation activities for team membersSupporting the project team with HSE including inductions and onboardingHSE Training Develop an understanding of rail regulation, safety and the lawTraining on auditing and inspections on rail infrastructure operationsTraining on incident response  Knowledge, skills and attributes:Strong administrative experienceHSE related experience and/or qualifications is advantegous but not essentialHigh organisation, attention to detail and the ability to multitaskThe ability to communicate with all levels of the workforceStrong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft ExcelExperience within rail, mining or construction is advantageous AUD Perth
