This is a busy and diverse role that will involve Office Administration, Reception duties and Administrative assistance for various divisions in the business. This position is initially a 12 Month Contract (with possible extension) based from our Bayswater office. Tasks and responsibilities:Coordinate the effective day-to-day running of the reception and administration functions – providing support to relevant staff as requiredManaging meeting room bookings, staff contacts and email distribution listsEnsure office supplies and consumables are proactively managed and accounted forBooking couriers and organising postal servicesLiaise with HR on new starter onboarding, including IT hardware and access, security access, desk allocationAssist with data entry, ad-hoc reports, projects and other duties as requiredMaintaining the general upkeep of the premises, including reception and kitchen duties as requiredReconcile credit card expenses for the Executive TeamProvide a high level of administrative support to the business to ensure successful outcomes Knowledge, skills and attributes:Previous experience in Administration experienceHigh level of organisation, attention to detail and efficient time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteCan-do attitude, ability to use own initiative and eagerness to learnExperience within Construction, Engineering or a related industry is beneficial but not essential AUD Bayswater 6053
