The role will be based in our project management office in North Sydney. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in keeping an office running smoothly and enjoys keeping busy with various tasks to support their team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the efficient running of the office including being the main point of contact, welcoming visitors, accepting deliveries and liaising with building management as requiredAssist in onboarding new employees in the office including setting up their desk, set up of IT equipment, issuing corporate wear, providing an overview of office facilities, general admin support etc.Maintain stock of stationery supplies and kitchen itemsEnsure kitchen is tidy and stocked with tea, coffee, milk etc.Prepare minutes, meeting notes, and internal support materials for meetings as requested Plan and coordinate internal events and meetings including setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering and setting up IT for meetings Liaise with members of the management team and client representatives as required to schedule meetings and events Provide administrative support to the project team including document control and QA, or other areas where required Skills and Experience:2+ years experience in a similar roleExperience in construction environment highly desirableTech savy – confident using Microsoft 365 and can adapt well to new software About You:Ability to maintain a well-organised and efficient workspaceEffectively multitask and prioritise workloadAbility to engage in effective communication with a wide range of stakeholdersConsistently meet timelines and deliver on commitments Display initiative and have a proactive approach to delivering role  AUD North Sydney 2060

We are seeking a positive and personable Admin Support / Office Manager to join our team on the Inland Rail Albury to Parkes Enhancement Project. The role will be based in our project management office in North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in construction environment highly desirable
  • Tech savy – confident using Microsoft 365 and can adapt well to new software
