You will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of goods and services for our company.  RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with identifying potential suppliers and vendors across the projects and upcoming tenders. Getting quotations from the market and raising Purchase Orders in accordance with Martinus procedure. Help negotiate prices and terms of general framework agreements. Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs. Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends. Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the rail or transportation industry. Demonstrated experience on large-scale construction projects – specific to logistics and/or materials control. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Exciting projects and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the rail industry.Ongoing training and career development programs.A supportive team and a culture of continuous improvement.Competitive compensation AUD Frenchs Forest 2086
