Job summary

Due to continued success in our Pre-Contracts space, we are seeking Project Development Engineers with experience in track, civil or structures. This role will work as part of the Growth team and alongside key stakeholders across the business.

The Project Development Engineer will focus on the tender phase of current and upcoming submissions, with the option to continue in Pre-Contracts or move back into delivery once projects are converted.

  • Coordination of tender submissions, EOIs and proposals in conjunction with Growth team
  • Organisation and coordination of people and bid processes across multiple business units
  • Coordination of multiple concurrent proposals effectively
  • Gathering, sorting, and proofing of information from various departments and stakeholders
  • Drive Microsoft Planner and ensure accountability for each line item/response schedule
  • Coordinate bid meetings with various and multiple internal and external stakeholders where required
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all documentation and uphold the highest standard in proposal presentation
  • Maintain and build on proposal knowledge bank

 

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
  • Construction/Infrastructure experience, either on-site or tendering
  • Experience with civil and/or rail projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
