We value the importance of balance between work and family life; and promote this philosophy throughout the companyDo you thrive on driving a solution focused environment?Are you committed to delivering outcomes that exceed expectations, every time?Do you make things happen, get the job done, no matter what? Job summaryMartinus are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to work across our continuously growing New Zealand business and projects.As a Quality Manager, you will support and guide our construction projects in their project deliveries and ensure compliance with quality contractual and statutory obligations. Jobs Task and ResponsibilitiesOverlook and submit Quality reportsEnsure that inspection reports are reviewed and that any actions required are initiatedActively participate in communication forums with the clientMonitor and report on Quality system performanceLiaise with Project Staff on Quality mattersEnsure non-conformances are reported and corrective/preventative actions are takenAttend and run meetings on Quality issuesProvide resolution on non-compliance mattersDevelop and enhance relationships with both internal and externalEnsure all client requirements are met or exceeded where applicableActively participate in communication forums with the clientEnsure that all reporting personnel are adhering to the safety requirements of the projectPromote a culture of compliance and teamwork to all reporting personnelEnsure all activities are compliant with standards set by the client, the community and the regulatory frameworkEnsure ITPs, hold and witness points are prepared, managed and closed out across the projectClose out of non-conformances and finalisation of all quality assurance procedures for the project Knowledge, skills and attributesTertiary qualifications in engineering or relevant discipline is desirableExtensive experience across infrastructure projectsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal AUD Auckland
