This position will be based from Brisbane, with increasing site presence as the project progresses. Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesRepresent Martinus for quality matters and act as the primary quality contactExecute Quality Management Plan and undertake regular reviewActively promote quality through example, communicate expectations to all Martinus employees and subcontractorsEnsure the systems and processes Martinus undertake work are audited and followed. Prepare and maintain the audit schedule and undertake regular onsite auditing of workMonitor document control and ensure correct process is followed as per contract requirements, ensure team are aware of document changes Report on quality performance to the Project Manager and represent Martinus in project related progress meetingsSet, monitor and report on project KPI'sConsult and assist with the initiation of corective actions relating to project KPI's, QMP reviews, audits and non-conformances Review quality related documentationPrepare reports and attend client meetings as necessaryEnsure suppliers are audited as per planFollow up, review and generally maintain all quality related issues Knowledge, skills and attributesExperience as a Quality Manager, working on complex infrastructure projectsTertiary qualifications in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, with experience at Project Engineer level or above High level of initiative and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent knowledge of Quality management systems including a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001High level of organisation, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detailStrong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of programsAbility to travel to site as required AUD Brisbane 4000
