Recruitment Advisor

Job Summary:The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for using a range of methods to attract and source candidates, working closely with Hiring Managers and the HR team to deliver the perfect talent to match our diverse role portfolio. The Recruitment Advisor adopts a best fit approach that focuses on looking at a candidate’s fit into the organisation and their ‘culture add’ in conjunction with qualifications, skills and experience. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer, providing the highest standard of service at every stage to internal stakeholders, candidates and prospective employees.Key Job Tasks & Responsibilities:Manage recruitment process through recruitment software, ensuring the integrity of the platform is maintainedDesign and post engaging advertisements that effectively address candidate, role and business requirements, utilising all available channelsUse requisition form, role profile and understanding of role requirements to screen candidates and develop shortlist to present to Hiring ManagersUndertake preliminary phone interviews, ensuring information captured is relevant and beneficial to Hiring ManagerCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholdersConduct pre-offer checks, including reference, qualification and work rights checksProvide feedback to candidates on status of their applicationProvide Hiring Managers with specialist advice to assist in decision makingEnsure Recruitment Procedure is adhered to by all stakeholdersWork closely with internal stakeholders to forecast resource requirements for the business and plan acquisition accordinglyMaintain a 3 month lookahead of upcoming roles and review monthly with key stakeholdersDevelop and run targeted recruitment campaigns to attract a diverse range of talent from within and outside of the construction industryUtilise all available channels to proactively search for active and passive candidates based on current and upcoming opportunitiesDevelop and leverage rail industry network to ensure a pipeline of talent for key roleMinimum Skills and Qualification required:Demonstrated recruitment experience within the rail (preferable), civil, construction or mining industryAbility to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationshipsCapability to work autonomouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective internal and external stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal 100000 AUD Brisbane 4000
