This position is part time - 3 days per week. Jobs Task and Responsibilities At tender stage, review Client Agreements, advise operational risks and departures and liaise with the Bid Submissions Manager to submit to the ClientClient engagement and support the General Manager through the negotiation process for Agreement ExecutionLiaise with Martinus Senior Commercial Managerial Manager and Legal Counsel where requiredManage Client Agreements RegisterManage all Client Variation and EOT claimsPrepare commercial letters to ClientsManage Martinus Rail supplier agreementsProvide ongoing commercial support where requiredHave an attitude toward cohesion with fellow project personnel and best for business outcomesDirectly influence the safety culture of a workplace free of incidents and injuries through the promotion of safe work practices to all project personnelDemonstrate through own behaviour a total commitment to project safety policies and procedures to all project personnelEnsure all activities are compliant with standards set by the client, the community and the regulatory framework, including the NGER Scheme reporting requirementsPerformance of all team activities with an attitude of responsible environmental stewardship Knowledge, skills and attributesTertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Financial Management or a similar discipline3+ years demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator, which includes reviewing Client AgreementsExperience with SAP or a similar system such as Oracle or JDE is essential, along with strong knowledge of ExcelProven experience in the preparation of subcontract agreementsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to influence, negotiate and resolve conflictExperience with supply arrangements is beneficial but not essential  AUD Sydney 2007
