Join us as a Senior Procurement Officer and be the cornerstone of our procurement success story! Your Responsibilities:Liaise with Vendors regarding upcoming work packages for various projects.Prepare all relevant documents required for the tender of works.Engage with engineers regarding scope, budget, and forecasting of works.Interact with the client to meet criteria regarding head contract terms i.e., advertisement of packages in ICN portal.Work alongside the commercial team for the start and completion of any subcontractor contracts clauses etc.Have the ability to work with WMS for contracts/invoicing and receipting of material.Work across all departments and assist in procurement of goods and services.Host procurement meetings to keep teams up to date on the procurement process.Proactively seek savings in time and cost to Martinus interests.Company interface with all Martinus sub-contractors, Liaise and negotiate with internal and external clients to ensure ‘best for the project’ results. Responsible for the review and implementation of materials control procedures for timely delivery of project packages. Co-ordinate the delivery, receipt, and issuing of company-supplied equipment and materials in accordance with project site requirements.Investigate anomalies between physical and recorded stock levels. Undertake the training of other personnel, as required.Determine and report in SAP overages, shortages, non-conforming and damaged materials, and equipment. (OS&D)   Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors upon award of works.  What We're Looking For: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.Demonstrated experience on large-scale construction projects – specific to logistics and/or materials control.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.A commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
