Name of Business: Martinus Rail Infrastructure Pty Ltd.Title: Recruitment ConsultantJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Sydney, NSWSalary: $145,000-$165,000 AUD plus super plus vehicle allowanceJob Summary:The Senior Recruitment Advisor is responsible for using a range of methods to attract and source candidates, working closely with Hiring Managers and the HR team to deliver the perfect talent to match our diverse role portfolio, whilst adopting a best fit approach that focuses on looking at a candidate’s fit into the organisation and their ‘culture add’ in conjunction with qualifications, skills and experience. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer, providing the highest standard of service at every stage to internal stakeholders, candidates and prospective employees.Key Job Tasks & Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment process through recruitment software, ensuring the integrity of the platform is maintained- Design and post engaging advertisements that effectively address candidate, role and business requirements, utilising all available channels- Use requisition form, role profile and understanding of role requirements to screen candidates and develop shortlist to present to Hiring Managers- Undertake preliminary phone interviews, ensuring information captured is relevant and beneficial to Hiring Manager- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders- Conduct pre-offer checks, including reference, qualification and work rights checks- Provide feedback to candidates on status of their application- Provide Hiring Managers with specialist advice to assist in decision making- Ensure Recruitment Procedure is adhered to by all stakeholders- Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast resource requirements for the business and plan acquisition accordingly- Maintain a 3 month lookahead of upcoming roles and review monthly with key stakeholders- Develop and run targeted recruitment campaigns to attract a diverse range of talent from within and outside of the construction industry- Utilise all available channels to proactively search for active and passive candidates based on current and upcoming opportunities- Develop and leverage rail industry network to ensure a pipeline of talent for key roleSkills and Qualification required:- No formal qualifications required- Demonstrated recruitment experience within the rail industry- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships- Capability to work autonomously- Ability to work in a fast pace environment- Effective internal and external stakeholder management skills- Excellent presentation skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Office 365 programsMinimum experience required:- Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment- Minimum 3 years experience in rail and/or rolling stock recruitment AUD Melbourne 3000
