This is a FIFO position on a 2:1 roster and attracts a project uplift. Jobs Task and Responsibilities:Work closely with HR/Admin team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to new employees, subcontractor workers and existing project personnelEnsure new onboard requests are processed in a timely manner, reviewing and approving onboarding documentation against project requirementsMaintain an accurate project roster for respective area, ensuring rosters are coded correctly and changes are actioned efficientlyEnsure accommodation is booked accurately and changes are actioned efficiently, monitoring the booking system to ensure requests have been committed and beds are securedWork closely with subcontractor representatives to ensure rosters and accommodation bookings are accurateReview daily accommodation forecast reports against project roster to ensure accuracy, and respond in a timely manner to daily accommodation discrepancy reportsWork closely with the Travel team to coordinate ground transportation for personnel travelling in and out of the project each week with a focus on maximising use of shared transportMonitor and maintain sufficient PPE and stationery levels including placing of orders, issuing and tracking of PPEAssist in onboarding new employees in the office, including setting up their desk, set up of IT equipment, issuing of PPE, providing an overview of office facilities, general admin support etc Knowledge, skills and attributes:  Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar site administration position (ideally FIFO)Prior experience with site mobilisation, roster management and travel/accommodation coordinationHigh computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong time management with the ability to prioritise and action tasks appropriatelyAble to adapt to changing circumstances, work effectively in high pressure situations and find solutions/problem solveExcellent organisation skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills  70000 AUD Townsville
