This position will initially be office-based in Brisbane CBD, with increasing site contact as the project progresses. Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead, coordinate and provide day to day sustainability support to internal stakeholdersImplement the Project’s sustainability strategies including the Sustainability Management PlanProvide sustainability advice and assistance to the Project team in deliveryPromote compliance in project sustainability matters, delivery of programmes and initiatives on the project including training, toolboxes and awareness programsConduct required site inspections and audits to record sustainability checklist requirementsManage sustainability performance and reporting, including performance trackingAnalysis of subcontractor and supplier sustainability performanceReview completed sustainability records to ensure they verify compliance with specified requirements & ensure waste is minimised on siteDevelop, manage and lead the continual technical improvement of project sustainability management systems Knowledge, Skills and Attributes3+ years’ experience in an Sustainability Advisory role, preferable within large infrastructure projectsRelevant qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering or SustainabilityExperience in sustainability initiative identification and sustainability project managementDemonstrated experience in adhering to sustainability regulations and audit procedures and processesExperience in resolving Sustainability issues and abiding by statutory approvalsGood communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at all levelsAbility to prioritise demands, meet deadlines and adapt in a rapidly changing environmentISCA experience is highly desirable AUD Brisbane 4000
