This position is a permanent opportunity based in our Auckland office. ResponsibilitiesEnsure day-to-day operation, administration and support of Procore across the groupBe a key point of escalation to resolve technical issuesEnsure regular communication with key stakeholdersSupport and engage the team across office, home and site-based locationsCollaborate and work with business services and IT teams in Australia Required Skills and CompetenciesProficiency with Procore is essential for this roleExperience supporting and administering technical supportDemonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issuesExcellent written and oral communication skillsDiploma or certificate qualified in Information Technology or a related field is highly desirable  AUD Auckland
