We value the importance of balance between work and family life; and promote this philosophy throughout the company.Role OverviewAs our Bid Writer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting winning submissions for countrywide tenders, whilst collaborating with our technical teams, project managers, and leadership to translate complex engineering solutions into clear, persuasive proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and write high-quality bid responses and capability statementsInterpret tender documentation and align responses with client requirementsCoordinate input from subject matter experts and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with bid criteria, formatting, and deadlinesMaintain and update bid libraries and templatesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in bid writing, ideally within the major project space.Exceptional written communication and editing skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressureStrong understanding of tendering processes and government procurementCollaborative mindset and attention to detail AUD Sydney 2232
