Our Design Management team plays a critical role in delivering our project scopes by coordinating multidisciplinary design activities from concept through to construction.

Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Managing design programmes, deliverables, and technical interfaces.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements, Australian standards, and project objectives.
• Driving collaboration between engineering, construction, commercial, and client teams.
• Managing design reviews, risk assessments, and technical workshops.
• Supporting innovation, constructability, and value engineering initiatives.
• Coordinating design changes, technical queries, and stakeholder approvals.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of major rail and civil infrastructure projects.

We're looking for professionals who bring:

• Experience in design management, engineering, or technical coordination within rail, civil, transport, or major infrastructure projects.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of design management principles and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary project teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
