Office Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to be the backbone of our Albury project office. You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of the office run smoothly, supporting a dynamic team delivering one of Australia's most significant rail infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Albury project office, including facilities, supplies, and equipment
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the project leadership team
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules for project staff
  • Assist with onboarding of new project personnel, including inductions and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders as required
  • Support the management of site rosters, timesheets, and attendance records
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised office environment

About You

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Administrator, or similar role — ideally within construction, civil, or infrastructure
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be the go-to person for the whole team
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to supporting a high-performing team
