We value the importance of balance between work and family life and promote this philosophy throughout the company. Overall Insight:Due to an internal move, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us in North Sydney and play an integral part in the delivery of our flagship project for Inland Rail.For those of you who don’t know, Inland Rail is 1,600km freight line, now under construction, which will connect Melbourne and Brisbane via regional Victoria, NSW and Queensland.Positions like this do not come up often and this one is not to be missed. It’s your opportunity to make a real impact with this countries rail infrastructure network and the lives of people regionally that this project will connect.Ideally, you’ll come from a background in delivering brown field rail projects, Structures, such as Bridges and all Civil works associated with Rail.  Position Specifics:Provide leadership to the engineering and construction teams to facilitate the construction process.Provide leadership to facilitate performance achievements regarding scope of work, costs, time frames, plant and quality of the area are met or exceeded.Ensure systems optimise productivity through needs analysis, development and execution of plans and procedures, project control protocols and effective reporting.Provide leadership of the risk management process within the team.Ensure contractual matters, construction processes and day to day dealings are handled in a manner which minimises risk    AUD North Sydney 2060
