As the Senior Submissions Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping major proposals, influencing bid strategy and driving high-quality submissions that support the growth of the business.As the second-in-charge within the Submissions Team, this role provides leadership and support to team members and assists the Submissions Manager in driving best-practice bid processes.The role will suit someone wishing to apply their major project tendering and/or senior submissions skills and experience within an organisation that values learning and promotes out of the box thinking. About the Role

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Formal studies in related discipline such as communications, marketing, writing, journalism etc
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in bid/tender coordination role or similar at a senior level
  • Experience tendering for major, complex projects
  • Construction/infrastructure or related experience essential 
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint,
  • Demonstrated experience of using AI-powered tools to support content development
