Supervisor

The Company Martinus Rail are a family owned and operated business that specialise in the delivery of medium to large scale rail infrastructure and systems, boasting an iconic portfolio of projects across Australia, New Zealand and Chile we aim to invest in the best, embrace diversity and support our people with initiatives that unlock the full potential of every individual.We currently have an opportunity for a Structural, Civil, or Track Supervisor to join our Albury to Parkes Project with Inland Rail.  The RoleAs a Structural, Civil, or Track Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will oversee site operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Our supervisors are responsible for assisting in the planning and delivering all relevant scopes of construction works, ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are met, and works are delivered within the planned timeframe and budget.Duties:Assisting the Superintendent in planning work and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of work activities.Assisting in the review of progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.Supervising remedial actions as required.Asset management – ensuring all Martinus Rail tools, equipment, and plant are maintained and inventoried.Performing all duties in accordance with Martinus policies, processes, systems, and procedures.Qualifications:Relevant Trade qualifications.Proven experience in a supervisory role within the rail, civil engineering, or infrastructure sector.Strong knowledge of structural, civil, or track works.Minimum 5 years’ construction experience in a similar role.Solution-focused attitude with the ability to communicate openly and effectively with colleagues and client AUD Wagga Wagga 2650

The Role
