Trainee – Site/Cost Administrator

We are looking for someone who has a passion to learn new skills and has the ability to show initiative and problem solve in difficult situations.  This position will undertake a Certificate III in Accounts Administration, this will take place 1 day per week either in person or online. We have 2 positions which will be based within our Brisbane CBD officer and another that will be based on site.  Tasks and responsibilities:Provide administration support to ensure efficient operation of the project.Manage and maintain rostering and staff movements throughout the project.Monitor site entry requirements.Collate and distribute reports and other correspondence.Provide ad hoc administration support to project leadership team.Provide timesheet and payroll support when required..General data entry and assistance with Accounts Payable.Enter dockets into spreadsheets and record in SharePoint.Match dockets to invoices and reconcile.Match and reconcile invoices to Purchase Order’s & process for payment.Provide other ad hoc administration support to ensure efficient operation of the project.Log daily costs, accurately and timely..Input cost coding for daily records. Knowledge, skills and attributes:Must be available to complete additional study (Cert II Accounts Administration) this may be in person study or online. High organisation, attention to detail and the ability to multitaskThe ability to communicate with all levels of the workforceStrong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel AUD Narromine 2821
